In this world, there are two types of organizations: those that are ISO certified, and those that want to be. Which one is your organization?

We ARE ISO 9001 certified!

Mireaux’s ISO 9001 Certificate of Registration, issued by BSI – It is with great honor and pleasure that I announce that Mireaux Management Solutions has become one of the few consulting firms in the world to be ISO 9001 certified. This truly is a testament to our commitment not only to promote the benefits of the standard but also to reap those benefits ourselves. No matter how many companies we had helped in the past, or how many companies we were currently helping to become certified, as long as we ourselves were not certified, we were on the outside looking in. Now we can truly understand our clients and help them improve their processes with a much deeper understanding of their needs.

The journey

We first considered becoming certified ourselves a few years ago. The more we grew as a company, the more it became evident that we were subject to the same forces as our clients; we needed to create consistent processes that not only could be repeated time and again, but that also could be easily passed to new employees. The idea that only one consultant could have the know-how was no longer viable if Mireaux was to grow.

So, we decided to certify our 4 business units: Consulting, Internal Auditing, Training, and our enterprise management software, Web QMS. It was a lot of effort, almost like building houses during the day for other people and then going home and building our own. But our team was ready, and so we did it. Now we not only preach it and teach it, we also live it!

Mireaux Management Solutions believes the ISO standards are a great asset to any company; that’s why we decided to go through the ISO 9001 certification process ourselves. Our next goal is to add the ISO 27001 standard to our certification, in order to solidify our commitment to information security as part of our Web QMS software.
