I’m sitting in our annual internal audit this week. I’m enjoying bragging about the changes you all have made and how much easier it has made my job. The improvement to CIPs was one discussed yesterday. When I was explaining to the auditor how everything, regardless of source, was previously under CIP, compared to now, with all findings, actions, etc, kept with the original source. The auditor was impressed and completely agreed at how much better and more improved the system is.

During our demo of MOC app, Nate expressed how happy they were with their Audit of Who Ben Magnet Cove. He said they passed their API Audit with 4 minor nonconformities. He wanted me to give thanks to our team, Geno, Stacy, and Jennifer for everything we did for them. He said that in 4 months they were able to put everything in Web QMS and that the whole audit went really well.
He also said that the API Auditor said he may have heard of Web QMS but kept very professional, without mentioning names.

Project Description: Migration of existing web based quality management system to our newest Web QMS platform, including the following applications CIP, NCR, Calibration, Employee Certifications and E-Learning (2011).
I wanted to thank you for our new QMS system! The migration phase was a breeze and very quick. Since the system has been in place, I’ve received excellent support from you and your staff. Each time questions or concerns have risen, your staff has responded promptly and has respectfully worked with me to solve the problem.
It is so much better having an online based system as opposed to our old manual paper pushing system. Since switching to the online system, we have seen employee involvement in the program greatly increase. Employees are taking to the website to raise CIPs much more often than before.
Additionally, we have been able to involve more employees in the problem solving process addressing CIPs. Having an online based system has also greatly improved my ability to track and organize CIPs. I love that I can see the status of each CIP and know exactly where it is in the process by looking at one screen.
Furthermore, I have found the system to be much more user friendly than the last system. Updating, editing, and removing information is very simple and fast!
One of my favorite improvements is the calibration tracking system. What a dream! It is so easy to update, add, remove and track information regarding our equipment. Prior to tracking calibration on the web, we used a manual spreadsheet system. As you know, without single point management, spreadsheets can be a nightmare.
One of the greatest things about the new tracking system, is getting reminder emails of what is coming up for calibration. It makes for one less thing I have to remember manually check on a spreadsheet.
I’m truly gratefully for this part of the system! It was a pleasure working with you to get the system up and running, and I look forward to working with you in the future as well. I will definitely recommend your company to others!
