Description

Mireaux’s ISO 45001 Implementation course draws on decades of real-world experience in building, auditing, and improving management systems. The course focuses on two core areas:

The Foundation – Understand the High Level Structure (HLS), common language, and aligned structure shared across ISO management system standards.
The Requirements – Dive into each clause of the ISO 45001:2018 standard to learn what it says, how to implement it within your organization, and how to audit it effectively.

Throughout the course, participants engage in hands-on exercises and real-world examples, helping bridge the gap between theory and practice and ensuring they leave with actionable knowledge.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Understand the structure and shared framework of ISO management system standards, including HLS, common text, and terminology
Apply the Process Approach to identify, assess, and manage OH&S-related processes
Implement the necessary steps to establish a new Occupational Health and Safety Management System
Interpret and apply each clause of the ISO 45001:2018 standard, including:
- Consultation and participation of workers
- Hazard identification and risk control
- Determining risks and opportunities in the context of the organization and its processes
- Identifying and complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Prepare for third-party certification audits
Understand how to audit OH&S processes for compliance and continual improvement

Prerequisites

There are no required prerequisites for this course. However, for individuals new to ISO standards or OH&S systems, Mireaux recommends the Fundamentals or Advanced Document Control course as a helpful introduction to management systems.

Registration Transfer Policy

Registrations can be transferred to other participants or to other courses provided by Mireaux Management Solutions 30 days prior to the course start date.

Registration Transfers must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
There will be a 15% administrative fee applied to each registration transfer.
Payment for any difference in price, including the 15% administrative fee, will be required at the time of transfer to other courses of equal or greater value of the original paid amount.
Registration Transfers to a course of lesser value are allowed but are not eligible for refunds.
Registration Transfers are not allowed within 30 days of the course start date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] 30 days prior to the course start date in order to receive a refund, minus a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations are not allowed within 30 days of the course start date.
