Mireaux honors Technical Writer Geno D. for 5 years of service and dedication to our Team

If there is somebody in our team that many of our Clients have come to appreciate and rely on, is our Technical Writer Geno D. In his 5-year anniversary, Mireaux wanted to show him how much we value his work and dedication throughout these years.

Geno D. joined Mireaux back in 2013 as a Document Control Specialist and quickly was able to demonstrate that he was a reliable and dependable person. Since the nature of our business constantly takes our Associates away from the office, we learned to rely on Geno for any of our documentation needs.

As the years went by and people moved, Geno was given more and more responsibilities, which he graciously accepted without batting an eye.  Miriam Boudreaux, CEO of Mireaux Management Solutions added, “Geno is like the worker bee everyone wants to have, somebody that gets the job done no matter how much is piled on his plate, completing assignments and meeting deadlines as required.”

Slowly but surely, Geno also managed to amass knowledge in all of Mireaux’s processes, and in 2017, he was promoted to Technical Writer and has since, become the go-to person for all our Consultants and Clients, who relied heavily on him when preparing for the ISO or API Certifications.

In 2017 Geno was also given the role of Management Representative at Mireaux, successfully handling Mireaux’s ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 yearly certification audits.

With all this knowledge, nowadays Geno is often away from the office supporting Clients and Consultants as needed.  We are extremely excited that Geno has been with us for 5 years, and look forward to many more years to come.
