Soteria Transportation Group – formed through a merger of Ambassador Limousine Transportation, Avanti Transportation, City Car Services Worldwide, and Signature School Bus – officially achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification. With this certification, Soteria has become one of the very few passenger transportation companies in the world certified to this prestigious Quality Management System standard.
In 2018, with the aim of continual improvement and to stand apart in the industry, Soteria Transportation Group made the decision to seek ISO 9001 certification, choosing none other than Mireaux Management Solutions as the ISO 9001 Consulting firm to help them with this great endeavor.
Mireaux immediately assigned a team to help Soteria with all ISO 9001 requirements. However, as Miriam Boudreaux, CEO of Mireaux recalls, the journey was not always easy. “Soteria was in a state of change, assimilating all the companies and employees as part of the new group. Things stalled briefly, but we were very happy to know that the ISO 9001 project was a top priority for M. Hayek, CEO of Soteria.
When Mr. Hayek and his team were ready to resume, we knew that nothing would stop them in their quest for certification. As our experience has always proven, when the Top Leadership is in, everybody follows. And Mr. Hayek was definitely in.
After months of meetings, audits and reviews, Soteria officially received their certification and Mireaux did not waste time in bringing the party to help them celebrate their achievement. With a cake, gifts and a beautiful banner, the employees at Soteria were recognized for their significant efforts in achieving this certification.
