Mireaux Management Solutions has taken the Lead in delivering all its Training Courses through Live Stream in addition to at its Training Center in Houston, TX. Space is not an issue for Mireaux, who boasts a very spacious facility in North West Houston, with a nice Conference Room for smaller crowds and an ample and very comfortable Training Center for larger attendance. However due to the recent circumstances, quickly adapted its training delivery methods to satisfy the stay-at-home, lockdown, or travel restrictions requirements imposed on citizens all over the world.
“We were already exploring distance learning, because many of our training participants come from abroad. And sometimes due to VISA requirements they are not able to make it. We have seen participants from as far as India, Ghana, and Azerbaijan, and we always got request for a method to deliver the training remotely. While training in-person offers a level of interaction that is unique, current technology allows for a great level of interaction, with video, audio, comments tool, hand raising, annotations, and many others. Overall we are happy and excited about the possibility to reach out to a greater audience, and this first class is definitely a positive experience and indication of what is to come” Comment Miriam Boudreaux, CEO of Mireaux Management Solutions.
Mireaux’s first class hosted 1 participant on-site while all other participants joined livestreamed. They were sent the material ahead of time, given instructions on the software to be used, and actually individual test were conducted with each participant to ensure everything would work out flawlessly. While the cost of sending books and material was great, Mireaux was willing to make the investment to ensure participants received the training desired.
