Miriam Boudreaux, President of Mireaux Management Solutions, was a speaker at the ISO 9000 World Conference held in San Antonio, TX on March 15, 2011. Her speech was an in depth view of how world-class organizations achieve a Quality Management System that complies with the ISO Principles. She showed point by point, a comparison between the status quo exhibited by organizations doing the bare minimum vs. those who meet the requirements with the highest degree of effectiveness.
