Mireaux Management Solutions is being conscious of the recent Covid-19 events, taking precautions and following the CDC recommended guidelines. Miriam Boudreaux, CEO of Mireaux emphasized that business continues with little to no delay: “We want to reiterate to our Clients that our Auditors are still performing their scheduled Audits, our Consultants are visiting our Clients, and our API Q1 Training scheduled for March 24th is still On”.
Boudreaux also noted that the building where Mireaux is located, is generally a low traffic area: “Unless we are having a training class, our office staff is minimal, because most Auditors, and Consultants are out in the field. In fact if they are here in our building, it means they don’t have much work –and we are not making money- so we rarely see them; but we definitely maintain constant communication with them through our online tools. Mireaux has been using several online tools, like VPN, video conference software, Skype, and of course our own software Web QMS; to ensure that information is disseminated as needed.”
Boudreaux added that like many institutions providing education, they are quickly moving to livestream their training classes, and plan to be ready for their first trial in their next API Q1 class scheduled for March 24, 2020.
