Mireaux office staff, Consultants, Auditors, and Instructors enjoyed a nice dinner with their families at Texas de Brazil restaurant in Houston’s City Centre. Food, laughter, and camaraderie made this a wonderful occasion for the team to celebrate Christmas and the beginning of the Holiday Season.
Mireaux Management Solutions organized a Christmas dinner party with Mireaux Associates and their families to celebrate the Christmas and Holiday season as well as to bring everyone together.
This year the event was extra special because all Consultants except for only one, were able to attend. Due to last minute Covid closures, and the right alignment of the moon and the stars, everyone was able to come to the Christmas dinner gathering.
In this business, it is typical for Consultants or Auditors to be working in the field, and never be in the office. With the pandemic, working from home is the new normal, so Mireaux Consultants are typically having Teams meetings from the comfort of their homes, conducting training, consulting, and sometimes even auditing. This helps in giving everyone a bit more control of their schedules and for setting aside time to join other activities.
“When Paul told us his cruise was being rescheduled, everyone in the office had mixed feelings, sad for him and his wife, but happy that they would be joining us for the celebration,” said Miriam Boudreaux, CEO of Mireaux.
The evening started with a meet up to mingle and take some pictures. The team enjoyed posing and being silly for the camera. Pictures of the Mireaux team and their families were also taken to capture the festive spirit.
Dinner started with a toast by Boudreaux who was thankful for all the people who provide their services to Mireaux. Boudreaux emphasized that 2021 was another challenging year with the Houston freeze, but that the core of Mireaux saw strengthening and improvement.
The food at Texas de Brazil was amazing, and everyone enjoyed many types of meat cuts and other delicacies. Luckily nobody was vegetarian, so meat was had.
After wine and a sumptuous dessert, the team did a gift exchange to bring the sense of giving which is part of the holiday season.
Boudreaux added, “It was great to see everyone together enjoying themselves. We are happy that Mireaux can bring a sense of unity and appreciation at the start of the Christmas Season.” And with only a few weeks left in 2021, Mireaux looks forward to a great 2022!
