- Risk or hazard identification workshops (process, operational, or compliance-focused).
- Risk analysis and evaluation (scales, criteria, and prioritization).
- Control strategy development (tolerate, transfer, terminate or treat).
- Integration of risks controls into processes, procedures, and audit planning (as applicable).
- Documentation aligned to your management system format.
- Creation of event and risks in the Risk Management app in Web QMS -if company subscribes to Web QMS software.
How the Service Works
- Purchase consulting time (1 quantity = 8 hours).
- Mireaux contacts you to confirm scope and scheduling.
- Hours are applied to the agreed-upon work until exhausted.
- Additional time can be purchased at any time; for larger needs, request a custom quote.
Deliverables
- Risk register update or new risk register (as agreed).
- Defined risk criteria and scoring approach (if needed).
- Action plan for top risks with owners and due dates (if requested).
- Configuration of Risk Management app with scale and attributes, as well as full record of risk management event, risks identified, their analysis, evaluation and controls -if company subscribes to Web QMS software.
