CREATE OBJECTIVES AND MONITORING & MEASUREMENT
- Maintain all objectives with detailed fields such as Description, Goal, Trigger Point, Frequency, Responsible Party, and more.
- Create Monitoring & Measurement (M&M) items that track performance without specific goals or triggers.
- Set recurrence schedules as monthly, quarterly, yearly, or define custom intervals.
- Data entered automatically generates dynamic graphs for visual tracking.
- Cross-link Objectives or M&Ms to sentences in your management system policy, ensuring compliance with ISO and API requirements.
FOLLOW UP
- When Objectives fall outside defined Trigger Points, assign Actions or Corrective Actions directly from the app.
- Assigned employees receive notifications and can conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), take corrective action, and complete Review of Effectiveness.
- View a historical log showing each step taken to improve the objective and close gaps.
USER ACCESS, REPORTING & NOTIFICATIONS
