Can I assign other colleagues to review a change request before making the final decision?
Yes, when a change request is received, MOC Admins can assign to multiple Employees to review as necessary. Once their review is completed, the MOC Admins can use their input to make the final determination of accepting or rejecting the change request, or asking for more information.
We are certified to API Q1 and we prefer to conduct a Risk Assessment on every change request or MOC. Is that possible in this app?
Absolutely. when a change request is submitted, you can conduct risk assessment (identify and analyze risks) within this app -without the need to jump to another app. The process is automated and uses the attributes already defined in the Risk Management app. You can then creation action to mitigate the risks, or to accomplish the actual change requested.
How does the MOC app help ensure compliance with ISO and API standards?
The app enforces structured planning, risk evaluation, action assignment, and final verification—all required by ISO and API standards—while retaining full records for audits and reviews.
