Process Mapping helps you define, clarify, and document how work flows through your organization. Whether you need a high-level process interaction map or detailed maps for specific processes, we build maps that reflect reality and support ISO/API audit expectations.

What This Service Covers

• Development or revision of the organization’s main process map (process interaction), including Core as well as Support processes.
• Mapping of individual processes.
• Identification of process inputs/outputs, owners, interfaces, and measures.
• Integration of risks, controls, and key records where appropriate.
• Alignment to the process approach required by ISO/API standards.
• Creation of main process map in the Process Designer app in Web QMS -if company subscribes to Web QMS software.

How the Service Works

1. Purchase consulting time (1 quantity = 8 hours).
2. Mireaux contacts you to confirm scope and scheduling.
3. Hours are applied to the agreed-upon work until exhausted.
4. Additional time can be purchased at any time; for larger needs, request a custom quote.

Deliverables

• Process maps in a usable format (PDF and/or editable format such as Visio/PowerPoint, as agreed).
• Process summary notes (owners, measures, key inputs/outputs).
• Recommendations for simplification or control improvements (if requested).
• Main Process Map published in the Process Designer app in Web QMS -if company subscribes to Web QMS software.
• Individual process maps may be part of other procedures or provided as standalone documents.
