This official API-developed course provides a comprehensive overview of API Q2, 2nd Edition, examining the standard clause by clause and interpreting the requirements from API’s perspective. Emphasis is placed on understanding the expectations for documentation, implementation, and record keeping.
Through a mix of “Think About It” scenarios, group workshops, and practical activities, participants gain a hands-on understanding that lays the groundwork for a successful implementation of a world-class Quality Management System certified to API Q2.
