Our founder, Miriam Boudreaux, has been where you are. As a Process Engineering Manager, she faced the challenge of learning ISO requirements and achieving certification while managing her job. Later, as a Quality Director, she experienced the stress of coordinating long internal audits. And as a Registrar Auditor, she saw the frustration companies felt when major system gaps prevented certification.
