ISO 9001:2026 is an opportunity to build a stronger, more dependable quality management system. This practical Mireaux course helps you translate the standard into clear actions that improve process control, support customer confidence, and prepare your organization for certification. Led by consultants and auditors who work with real management systems every day, the course gives you a focused roadmap for building or upgrading a QMS that works in daily operations.

Description

ISO 9001 delivers value when its requirements shape how work is planned, performed, measured, and improved. As organizations prepare for ISO 9001:2026, they need more than a clause overview. They need to recognize what is changing, preserve the strengths of their current system, and turn the requirements into a QMS that supports dependable results, customer confidence, and better decisions.

Built on Mireaux’s proven experience implementing and auditing quality management systems, this course covers:

  1. What ISO 9001:2026 requires and what has changed
  2. How to implement the requirements practically
  3. How to evaluate conformity and effectiveness through internal audits

Participants follow the complete management-system lifecycle, from establishing context, scope, processes, and leadership direction to planning risks, objectives, resources, and documented information. The course then connects those foundations to operational controls that protect customer requirements and product or service conformity. Performance evaluation and improvement become business tools, helping participants use evidence, feedback, audits, management review, corrective action, and continual improvement to strengthen results rather than merely maintain certification.

The redesigned course makes implementation tangible. A continuing case study, realistic workshops, Quick Sound Checks, Learning Checkpoints, and an implementation checklist challenge participants to make decisions, test their interpretation, and convert requirements into actions they can use in their organizations.

Mireaux instructors bring the perspective of consultants and auditors who see what works across real management systems. Participants leave with more than familiarity with the standard: they gain a practical roadmap for building a new QMS, upgrading an existing system for ISO 9001:2026, avoiding common implementation gaps, and preparing for certification with greater clarity and confidence.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the structure, quality management principles, and intent of ISO 9001:2026 and determine how the new edition affects an existing or planned QMS.
  • Determine relevant organizational context, interested parties, QMS scope, and process interactions.
  • Apply leadership and customer-focus requirements to strengthen accountability and strategic direction.
  • Translate risks, opportunities, quality objectives, and planned changes into practical actions.
  • Establish effective controls for resources, competence, awareness, communication, and documented information.
  • Design and evaluate operational controls that protect customer requirements and product or service conformity.
  • Use monitoring, customer feedback, analysis, internal audit, and management review to evaluate QMS performance.
  • Develop priorities for nonconformity, corrective action, continual improvement, and ISO 9001:2026 certification readiness.

Prerequisites

There are no formal prerequisites. Advanced Document Control or equivalent quality management system experience is recommended, especially for participants who will lead implementation activities.
