Description

Organizations often respond to problems by applying quick fixes that address symptoms rather than the underlying causes. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) provides a structured method for understanding why problems occur and implementing solutions that prevent recurrence.

In this course, learners are introduced to the basic principles of RCA and the problem-solving mindset required for effective investigations. The course explains how symptoms differ from root causes and provides an overview of commonly used RCA tools.
