Training Programs Facilitator

The Training Programs Facilitator is a unique opportunity for an education enthusiast to help Mireaux grow its training division by successfully contributing to the design, creation, and deployment of training courses as well as by coordinating all aspects of our training programs.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop training course material for instructor-led as well as E-Learning courses; based on the ISO or API management system standards. Material includes presentation, surveys, tests, workshops, etc.
  • Enhance existing training courses when standards change, new regulations are enacted, or when improvements or variations are needed.
  • Conduct training classes where needed or required.
  • Manage the Public Training program, by publishing a yearly training calendar, setting up classes, assigning instructors, monitoring registration, and overseeing class deployment whether at our Training Center or via Live Stream.
  • Coordinate Training classes at Client sites or via Live Stream.
  • Develop and manage Document Control course curriculum and program, promoting liaison with local organizations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
  • Ten (10) years of experience creating training material in quality, health, safety, environmental and information security programs.
  • Minimum two (2) years of working experience in an organization with an ISO or API certified management system.
  • Superior Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent training design skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and grammar.
  • Advanced skills in Captivate, and Articulate a plus.
  • Bilingual a plus.
