CREATE JSA
- Create JSAs for specific jobs or tasks across different company locations.
- Drag and drop images or visual references of the job or task.
- Select environmental factors, equipment, chemicals, and physical demands from customizable lists to provide context for the JSA.
HAZARD IDENTIFICATION & RISK ASSESSMENT
- Identify potential hazards within each task step.
- Rate the severity of each hazard using a color-coded scale (low to high risk).
- Define specific controls or mitigations for each identified hazard.
- Add required PPE (personal protective equipment) either per hazard or for the entire job/task.
JSA APPROVAL AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WORKFLOW
- Submit JSAs for approval, with full tracking of approval history.
- Assign approved JSAs to Employees for electronic acknowledgment.
- Admins can upload manual acknowledgment forms when needed.
- Track the status of all JSAs—including pending, approved, assigned, and acknowledged.
