  • Log recordable incidents like Injuries and Illnesses, including Skin Disorders, Respiratory Conditions, Poisoning, Hearing Loss, and others.
  • Log non-recordable incidents like Near Misses, First Aid Only, or Property Damage events.
  • Incident entry form mimics OSHA’s 300 Log for consistency and ease of use.
  • Enable Preliminary Form mode to allow employees to report incidents via a simpler form. Once submitted, Admins and Techs are notified to complete the full OSHA 300 log.
  • Complete forms on desktop or mobile; drag and drop files or upload pictures from your phone instantly.
  • Recordable incidents automatically generate a "Case" that aligns with OSHA Form 301 and includes data for annual 300A summary reporting.
  • Recordable incidents require Corrective Actions, which can be created directly within the app.
  • Non-recordable incidents can be marked as informational, assigned simple Action Items, or escalated to full Corrective Actions as needed.
  • Corrective Actions support full RCA, Action assignment, Verification, and Review of Effectiveness.
  • At year-end, automatically generate OSHA Form 300A for signature, printing, and posting.
  • Assign OSHA 300A for approval to a designated company officer.
  • Display your latest safety statistics in a clean, easy-to-read visual format.
  • Automatically calculated by Web QMS—no manual entry needed.
  • Great for projecting safety stats across facilities or break rooms.
  • Assign specific roles to employees for incident management, RCA, Review of Effectiveness, and notifications.
  • My Tasks: Quickly view tasks assigned to you, such as completing Form 301, verifying 300A Reports, or following up on Corrective Actions.
  • Reports: Access and print incident logs, OSHA summaries, and open action reports.
  • KPIs: View real-time safety performance metrics like Total Recordables, Days Since Last Incident, and Safety Performance by Location.
  • Configure Reminders for Incident Admins, Techs, or Employees when deadlines or follow-ups are due.
  • Simple and intuitive navigation, characteristic of Web QMS.
