BBS SUBMISSIONS
- Employees can submit BBS cards under their name or anonymously.
- BBS Admins receive instant email notifications when new BBS cards are submitted.
- Interactive BBS Register displays submissions in a table or card format.
- Each card includes the date of observation, type of behavior (Safe/Unsafe), and observation location (e.g., customer site, rig number, job number).
- Choose from internal company location, to customer locations, supplier location, and even configure jobs or projects.
BBS APPROVAL AND RATING
- Enable optional workflows such as Approval, Rating, or Showcasing.
- When Approval is ON, BBS Admins/Techs can approve or reject cards and leave comments.
- When Rating is ON, BBS Admins/Techs can assign up to 4 stars based on observation quality or relevance.
BBS SHOWCASING
- Pre-select impactful BBS cards for use in meetings, training, or team recognition.
- Showcased cards are highlighted within the app and award points to submitting employees.
BBS REWARDS
- Create a points-based system to incentivize participation.
- Points can be earned by submitting BBS cards, receiving high ratings, or having a card showcased.
ACTION FOLLOW UP
- Assign Actions directly to employees for follow-up on a BBS submission.
- Employees receive reminders to complete assigned actions.
- Severe BBS entries can be escalated into formal Safety Incidents within the Safety Incidents app.
USER ACCESS, REPORTING AND NOTIFICATIONS
- Assign roles for approval, rating, action management, and notifications.
- My Tasks: Employees can view and manage all tasks assigned to them (e.g., approvals, follow-ups).
- Reports: Access printable reports to analyze submission trends and follow-ups.
- KPIs: Track safety engagement and behavioral trends via built-in visual dashboards.
- Set up Reminders for pending approvals, open actions, or unreviewed submissions.
