  • Assign specific activities like Root Cause Analysis, Action Implementation, Verification, or Review of Effectiveness to employees.
  • Notifications keep tasks moving automatically through the workflow stages.

  • A complete history log captures every change, approval, rejection, and comment for traceability.
  • Define which management systems (QMS, EMS, OHSMS, ISMS, etc.) apply to your company.

Does your system support Preventive Actions?

Yes, however; given that in new revisions of ISO/API standards, the requirement for "Preventive Actions" was removed in lieu of "Opportunities; the CIP application uses this new term. Whether you are entering Internal Issues or Opportunities, you can select from Actions path or Corrective Action path, which by default includes Actions to prevent the problem from reocurring.

Not necessarily. You can configure which RCA techniques are available in your company and decide whether to apply them case by case.
