CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) APPLICATION

The CIP is a powerful online closed-loop application that handles electronically all your problems that require corrective or preventive action or simple action items, in order to prevent the problem from reoccurring.  The CIP handles multiple sources of improvement, as well as allows for flexible paths to prioritize efforts according to the severity of the problem.

Once a CIP is initiated, it goes through a series of stages to ensure appropriate investigation, verification and validation. The entire CIP process is handled online without the need to ever print a piece of paper, with notification occurring through e-mail notices, e-mail reminder and e-mail escalation.
